Welcome to WAGERSAVE. By accessing or using the WAGERSAVE platform, you agree to these Terms. WAGERSAVE acts solely as an independent affiliate marketing platform and does not provide, operate, or facilitate any gambling services directly.
- "Platform" - the WAGERSAVE website and all associated services.
- "Partner" - any third-party casino or wagering operator linked through WAGERSAVE.
- "User" - any registered WAGERSAVE account holder.
- "Wagering Activity" - real-money bets placed with Partners via WAGERSAVE referral links.
- "Cashback" - rewards calculated as a portion of commission WagerSave earns from Partners.
- "Instant Cashback" - fixed one-time rewards for qualifying deposits through WAGERSAVE.
- "Wager Cashback" - ongoing cashback based on verified wagering activity.
- "Deposit Cashback" - recurring percentage-based cashback on deposits at qualifying CS2 and Mystery Box Partners.
- "Programs" - collectively Monthly Race, Daily Race, and any other rewards programs.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
3.2 By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.
3.3 WAGERSAVE may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide within 14 days results in account suspension.
3.4 Accounts of underage users will be terminated and all balances forfeited.
3.5 You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4.1 Users must access Partners through WAGERSAVE referral links to qualify for rewards.
4.2 WAGERSAVE uses cookies, unique links, and Partner-approved tracking systems to verify wagering data.
4.3 By using the Platform you consent to our tracking methods.
4.4 Bypassing or manipulating referral tracking is prohibited.
4.5 Only genuine real-money wagering qualifies. Fraud or automation results in permanent account closure.
5.1 Cashback is paid only on verified wagering activity confirmed by Partners.
5.2 Each Partner defines its own commission percentages.
5.3 You must have registered through a WAGERSAVE tracked link, have an active Partner account, wagered with real money (not bonus funds), and completed KYC if required.
5.4 WAGERSAVE may amend cashback structures or eligibility at any time with notice.
5.5 Cashback is issued only after Partner reporting is reconciled. Partner adjustments may result in corrected rewards.
5.6 WAGERSAVE may impose monthly caps or earning restrictions for compliance purposes.
6.1 Wager Cashback
Ongoing cashback calculated as a percentage of affiliate commission from your verified wagering. Rates vary by Partner. No tiers, no thresholds, no wagering requirements on cashback. Eligible for withdrawal one day after Partner confirmation.
6.2 Instant Cashback
One-time fixed rewards for qualifying first deposits. Amounts vary by Partner and may be subject to geo-restrictions and minimum deposit/wager requirements. Released after Partner confirms the qualifying deposit (1-5 business days).
6.3 Deposit Cashback
A recurring percentage-based cashback on deposits made at qualifying CS2 gambling and mystery box Partner platforms. Deposit Cashback is calculated as a fixed percentage of each deposit amount, as displayed on the Platform. Rates are capped at 2% and vary by Partner. There are no deposit limits or cashback caps. Deposit Cashback is credited after the Partner confirms the deposit and may be subject to a confirmation period of 1-3 business days. Deposit Cashback is available exclusively on CS2 and Mystery Box category Partners and does not apply to crypto or fiat casino Partners. Users may earn both Deposit Cashback and Wager Cashback simultaneously on the same Partner platform.
6.4 Promotional Offers
Seasonal or time-limited offers may include boosted cashback, promo codes, or challenges. All promotions may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
7.1 Leaderboard Races
Prize pools for top wagerers. WAGERSAVE may modify pools, criteria, number of winners, or discontinue at any time. Participants suspected of manipulation may be disqualified.
7.2 Program Modifications
All Programs are at WAGERSAVE sole discretion. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any Program at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
8.1 Cashback is processed within 5-10 business days following Partner reconciliation.
8.2 Minimum payout: $50 USD or equivalent in cryptocurrency.
8.3 All payouts via NOWPayments. Exchange rates determined at time of processing and are not locked.
8.4 Users are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses and networks. WagerSave is not liable for losses from incorrect details.
8.5 All payouts subject to blockchain network fees and NOWPayments service fees, deducted from payout amount.
8.6 KYC may be required prior to payment. WagerSave may delay, withhold, or reclaim rewards obtained through error or fraud.
Cashback, prizes, and winnings may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. WAGERSAVE does not provide tax advice or withhold taxes.
10.1 One account per individual. Duplicates will be terminated with balances forfeited.
10.2 You must provide accurate information at all times.
10.3 Manipulation of wagering, tracking, or payouts results in permanent closure and forfeiture.
10.4 Abusive behaviors including hedging, arbitrage, coordinated activity, or multi-accounting invalidate eligibility.
11.1 WAGERSAVE may terminate any account at any time for Terms violation or suspected fraud.
11.2 Upon termination for violation, all balances may be forfeited.
11.3 Upon voluntary closure, available balances above minimum will be paid within 30 days subject to KYC.
11.4 Accounts inactive for 12 months become dormant. If no activity within 60 days of notification, the account may be closed and balances forfeited.
12.1 WAGERSAVE is an independent affiliate, not a gambling operator.
12.2 All gambling occurs on Partner platforms under their Terms.
12.3 WAGERSAVE is not responsible for legality, availability, or quality of Partner services.
12.4 If a Partner suspends your account, associated cashback may be forfeited.
12.5 WAGERSAVE does not guarantee continued availability of any Partner.
Important Notice
WAGERSAVE does not guarantee any gambling outcomes. Cashback does not reduce the inherent risk of gambling. You may lose money regardless of cashback earned.
WAGERSAVE does not provide gambling advice. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
14.1 WAGERSAVE total liability shall not exceed total cashback paid to the User in the preceding 12 months.
14.2 WAGERSAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including gambling losses.
14.3 WAGERSAVE is not liable for: Partner platform issues or insolvency, blockchain failures or fees, incorrect wallet details, or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAGERSAVE from claims arising from: your use of the Platform, your gambling activity, your violation of these Terms or any law, or any tax liability from your earnings.
WAGERSAVE is not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, regulatory changes, Partner insolvency, blockchain failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
17.1 WAGERSAVE may modify these Terms at any time.
17.2 Material changes communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.
17.3 Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
18.1 Governed by Cyprus law.
18.2 Contact support@wagersave.com first. We aim to resolve within 30 business days.
18.3 Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus.
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
