WagerSave Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WagerSave. By accessing or using the WagerSave platform, you agree to these Terms. WagerSave acts solely as an independent affiliate marketing platform and does not provide, operate, or facilitate any gambling services directly.

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

3.2 By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3.3 WagerSave may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide it within 14 days results in account suspension.

3.4 Accounts of underage users will be terminated. Rewards accrued by underage users are invalid and will be forfeited, as they derive from activity the User was not lawfully permitted to undertake.

3.5 You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Users must access Partners through WagerSave referral links to qualify for rewards.

4.2 WagerSave uses cookies, unique links, and Partner-approved tracking systems to verify wagering data.

4.3 By using the Platform you consent to our tracking methods.

4.4 Bypassing or manipulating referral tracking is prohibited.

4.5 Only genuine real-money wagering qualifies. Fraud or automation results in permanent account closure.

5.1 Cashback is paid only on verified activity confirmed by Partners.

5.2 Each Partner defines its own commission percentages.

5.3 You must have registered through a WagerSave tracked link, have an active Partner account, wagered with real money (not bonus funds), and completed KYC if required.

5.4 WagerSave may amend cashback structures or eligibility at any time with notice.

5.5 Cashback is issued only after Partner reporting is reconciled. Partner adjustments may result in corrected rewards.

5.6 WagerSave may impose monthly caps or earning restrictions for compliance purposes, except where a specific cashback type expressly states otherwise in Section 6. Any caps or restrictions will be introduced with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to Cashback already earned and confirmed.

8.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–10 business days following Partner reconciliation.

8.2 Minimum payout: $50 USD or equivalent in cryptocurrency (except on voluntary account closure — see Section 11.3).

8.3 All payouts are made via NOWPayments. Exchange rates are determined at the time of processing and are not locked.

8.4 Users are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses and networks. WagerSave is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect details provided by the User.

8.5 All payouts are subject to blockchain network fees and NOWPayments service fees, deducted from the payout amount.

8.6 KYC may be required prior to payment. WagerSave may delay or withhold rewards while verification is pending, and may reclaim rewards obtained through error or fraud.

Cashback, prizes, and winnings may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. WagerSave does not provide tax advice or withhold taxes.

10.1 One account per individual. Duplicate accounts will be terminated; rewards accrued through duplicate accounts are invalid and will be forfeited.

10.2 You must provide accurate information at all times.

10.3 Manipulation of wagering, tracking, or payouts results in permanent closure. Rewards obtained through such manipulation are forfeited.

10.4 Abusive behaviors including hedging, arbitrage, coordinated activity, or multi-accounting invalidate reward eligibility for the affected activity.

11.1 WagerSave may terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud.

11.2 Upon termination for violation, rewards obtained through or in connection with the violation are forfeited. Legitimately earned Cashback unconnected to the violation will be paid out subject to successful KYC, except where WagerSave is required by law to withhold it or where it derives from activity that was itself unlawful (e.g. underage use).

11.3 Upon voluntary closure, your full available balance — including balances below the minimum payout in Section 8.2 — will be paid within 30 days, subject to KYC and applicable network and service fees.

11.4 Accounts inactive for 12 months become dormant, and we will notify you at your registered email address. If there is no activity within 60 days of notification, the account may be closed. On closure of a dormant account we will pay out the available balance to your registered wallet address, subject to KYC and applicable fees; balances are forfeited only where payout is not reasonably possible (e.g. no valid wallet on file and no response to our notices) or where required by law.

12.1 WagerSave is an independent affiliate, not a gambling operator.

12.2 All gambling occurs on Partner platforms under their own Terms.

12.3 WagerSave is not responsible for the legality, availability, or quality of Partner services.

12.4 If a Partner suspends your account, associated unconfirmed cashback may be forfeited, as WagerSave receives no commission on it.

12.5 WagerSave does not guarantee the continued availability of any Partner.

WagerSave does not provide gambling advice. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WagerSave's total liability shall not exceed the total Cashback paid to the User in the preceding 12 months.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WagerSave is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including gambling losses.

14.3 WagerSave is not liable for: Partner platform issues or insolvency, blockchain failures or fees, incorrect wallet details provided by the User, or unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WagerSave from claims arising from: your use of the Platform, your gambling activity, your violation of these Terms or any law, or any tax liability arising from your earnings.

WagerSave is not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, Partner insolvency, blockchain failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

17.1 WagerSave may modify these Terms from time to time.

17.2 Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.

17.3 Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account under Section 11.3 before it takes effect.

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of that protection.

18.2 Contact support@wagersave.com first. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 business days.

18.3 Unresolved disputes may, by mutual agreement, be referred to arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in this Section requires you to arbitrate.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
